Hand wash if possible (this is great for your clothes; however, if you’re short on time, you can machine wash on a gentle cycle at a temperature no higher than 35°C).
Always turn clothes inside out when washing to prevent friction with other items that can damage prints and effects.
Absolutely do not iron on the print!

Shipping & Returns

RETURN POLICY

* Conditions of application:

The product must have the full label, tag, and Mikenco’s receipt from the store, fanpage, or e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Tiktokshop.

The product must not have been used, washed, or dried, and should be free of odors, stains, rips, tears, etc. (except in the case of a manufacturer defect).

Only one exchange per order is allowed.

* Shipping Fee Conditions:

FREE SHIPPING for orders with a value over 800,000 VND.

In the case of a return or exchange, Mikenco covers 100% of the shipping fee if:

The product is defective due to the manufacturer's fault (with video/evidence of unboxing).

The product received is not what was ordered or does not match the image Mikenco posted.

Mikenco does not cover shipping fees in the following cases:

If the customer wishes to exchange for a different product/size (products with a lower value than the original will not be refunded).

Note:

Mikenco does not accept returns or exchanges for products involved in promotions offering discounts of over 30%.

If the customer wishes to exchange for a different product, Mikenco encourages choosing products of equivalent value since Mikenco does not refund the difference if the new product is of lower value. If the product is of higher value, the customer only needs to pay the price difference.

* Application Period: Returns and exchanges are valid within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, applicable to all online and offline orders nationwide.

WARRANTY POLICY

* Conditions of application:

The product must have the full label, tag, and Mikenco’s receipt from the store, fanpage, or e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Tiktokshop.

The product must have defects caused by the manufacturer, such as color fading (provided the correct washing instructions were followed), thread unraveling, peeling prints, embroidery damage, or pilling.

Only one warranty exchange per order is allowed.

* Warranty Policy and Shipping Fees:

For products under warranty, Mikenco covers 100% of the shipping fee.

The maximum warranty period is 30 days from the date Mikenco receives the product from the customer.

Mikenco will repair or provide warranty services for the product the customer has purchased – not exchange it for a new one.

The warranty does not apply to accessories and boxer products.
