Warranty Policy

* Conditions of application:

The product must have the full label, tag, and Mikenco’s receipt from the store, fanpage, or e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Tiktokshop.

The product must have defects caused by the manufacturer, such as color fading (provided the correct washing instructions were followed), thread unraveling, peeling prints, embroidery damage, or pilling.

Only one warranty exchange per order is allowed.

* Warranty Policy and Shipping Fees:

For products under warranty, Mikenco covers 100% of the shipping fee.

The maximum warranty period is 30 days from the date Mikenco receives the product from the customer.

Mikenco will repair or provide warranty services for the product the customer has purchased – not exchange it for a new one.

The warranty does not apply to accessories and boxer products.
