Return Policy

Exchange conditions

Mikenco supports size or model exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unwashed, with their original labels and tags. Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

Sale items are eligible for a size exchange only, not an exchange for a different model.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

This exchange policy does not apply to orders purchased through e-commerce marketplaces, including Shopee and TikTok Shop.

Exchange shipping fees

Customers are responsible for shipping fees in both directions when exchanging an item.

If the replacement item has a higher value, customers pay the price difference. No refund is issued for the difference if the replacement item has a lower value.

Manufacturer defects

Products with manufacturing defects are covered by a one-month warranty.

Order delivery

Free shipping applies to orders with a value over VND 800,000.
