Mikenco’s Tips for Keeping Clothes Looking New:
- Hand wash if possible (this is great for your clothes; however, if you’re short on time, you can machine wash on a gentle cycle at a temperature no higher than 35°C).
- Always turn clothes inside out when washing to prevent friction with other items that can damage prints and effects.
- Absolutely do not iron on the print!
Mikenco offers exchanges within one week (for unwashed items with original tags) and a one-month warranty for any manufacturing defects. Thank you

RETURN POLICY
Exchange conditions
Mikenco supports size or model exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unwashed, with their original labels and tags. Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
Sale items are eligible for a size exchange only, not an exchange for a different model.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
This exchange policy does not apply to orders purchased through e-commerce marketplaces, including Shopee and TikTok Shop.
Exchange shipping fees
Customers are responsible for shipping fees in both directions when exchanging an item.
If the replacement item has a higher value, customers pay the price difference. No refund is issued for the difference if the replacement item has a lower value.
Manufacturer defects
Products with manufacturing defects are covered by a one-month warranty.
Order delivery
Free shipping applies to orders with a value over VND 800,000.
WARRANTY POLICY
* Conditions of application:
The product must have the full label, tag, and Mikenco’s receipt from the store, fanpage, or e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Tiktokshop.

Only one warranty exchange per order is allowed.
* Warranty Policy and Shipping Fees:
For products under warranty, Mikenco covers 100% of the shipping fee.
The maximum warranty period is 30 days from the date Mikenco receives the product from the customer.
Mikenco will repair or provide warranty services for the product the customer has purchased – not exchange it for a new one.
