Job description


1.Make a plan

  • Work with the Board of Directors to plan human resources, create recruitment plans and arrange to use personnel effectively.
  • Together with the Board of Directors, create training plans, attract and manage talent. Build a promotion and career development roadmap for employees throughout the company.
  • Plan & develop regulations and personnel policies for the entire company (Internal Rules, Labor Contracts, Social Insurance…).
  • Build & plan work for HR department.


2. Implementation organization

  • Implement a recruitment plan that meets the company’s needs.
  • Work with the Board of Directors to train and develop human resources in the company.
  • Together with the Board of Directors, build & implement the salary system, benefits, operating procedures (3p salary, BSC, KPI…).


3. Coordinate support

  • Coordinate and support other departments to deploy & implement plans: Recruitment, training, and personnel evaluation.

2.Knowledge and experience.

  • Master the basic knowledge of human resources systems: Labor Law, Labor Contracts, Social Insurance,…
  • Have at least 2 years of knowledge & experience in: Recruitment, especially Specialist and Management positions
  • Basic understanding of: 3P salary, BSC, OKRs…
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.


  • Fluency in information technology office.
  • Planning & implementation skills: Professional, methodical.
  • Skills to train, develop & inspire employees & colleagues.
  • Clear, coherent and engaging presentation skills.
