1. EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Apply 1 time exchange per item
  • Customer can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase on the invoice (for customers who buy directly at the store), 7 days from the date of receipt (for customers who buy online)
  • The product is new with original tags and purchase invoice, the product hasn’t been washed and is not dirty or damaged by factors outside the store after purchase.
  • Exchange for a product of equal or higher value.
  • Can exchange 1 product for many products.
  • For products purchased during the promotion, please exchange during the promotion to receive the promotion. At the end of the promotion, the exchange will be applied on the currently listed price (exchange is not supported for products with a discount of 30% or more).
  • Does not apply to accessory products: Boxer, Sunglass, Accessories, Hat and Shoes

2. EXCHANGE POLICY DUE TO MANUFACTURER ERRORS AND REFUNDS

  • Technically defective products: Torn products, broken glue, etc.

Case not resolved

  • Used products.

For technically defective products, feedback must be sent to MIKENCO within 7 days from the date of purchase on the invoice for customers who buy directly at the store. 7 days from the date of receipt for online buyers. After 7 days of not accepting returns, the warranty policy will be supported.

3. WARRANTY POLICY

3.1 CASES AND WARRANTY PERIOD

PRODUCT’S NAME:

  • Clothes and hats come with a warranty on threads, zippers, buttons and prints.
  • Wallets and bags with zipper protection
  • Shoes are guaranteed to have no seams
  • All products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the time of purchase

3.2 CASES NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

  • Washing the product incorrectly according to the washing instructions
  • The product is affected by the effects of chemicals, affecting color, form, and shape.
  • The product is torn, scratched, deformed due to exposure to high temperatures or being wet for a long time and continuously, being impacted by hard and sharp objects, etc.
  • Products not covered by warranty include boxers, masks and phone cases

4. EXCHANGE COSTS

  • Free exchange for customers buying at MIKENCO in case of manufacturer error, wrong delivery, or damage during transportation.
  • In case the size does not fit or the customer does not like the product and doesn’t want to receive the product, please return the order and have it returned (40,000 VND).
  • In case you want to change the size or change to another product, customers can exchange at the nearest store or send it to the address (35 Vu Ngoc Phan… – Hanoi), the customer please pay 2-way shipping.
