Chinese Market Trade Officer

A.JOB DESCRIPTION

• Search on 1688, taobao, tmall according to company requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers to place orders, confirm prices, shipping terms and other requirements.
• Manage and track orders, including confirmation, processing, and ensuring delivery times are adhered to.
• Resolve problems that arise during the ordering and delivery process, and notify and interact with relevant departments within the company.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers, ensuring the quality of goods and services meets company standards.
• Recommend and implement improvements in the ordering process to optimize performance and minimize risk.
• Support other departments related to issues arising from orders.
• Other detailed tasks will be discussed specifically during the interview process.

B.REQUEST

• Graduated from college or higher in majors related to Chinese.
• At least 6 months of experience in similar field.
• Have knowledge about the ordering and delivery process from China.
• Communication skills in Chinese.
• Ability to work independently, proactively and solve problems well.
• Time management skills and working under pressure.
